The role

We are a small but fast-growing tech company that has earned the trust of large energy companies and charge point operators across Europe.

We are now looking for someone to take ownership of support.

This is not a traditional support role. It is a mix of communication, technical understanding, and continuous improvement.

You will be a key link between customers, product, and engineering.

What you will work on

Your workday will be varied. Typical responsibilities include:

☑ Handling B2B customer support across multiple channels (Slack, phone, email)

☑ Supporting electricians and partners with real-world technical issues

☑ Troubleshooting complex cases and following them through to resolution

☑ Identifying recurring issues and working to solve root causes

☑ Contributing to improved tools, workflows, and support processes

☑ Collaborating closely with product and engineering to improve the product

How you will work

You will operate in a fast-moving environment with direct impact:

→ Switching between different communication channels and adapting your tone to the audience

→ Managing multiple cases at once and prioritising effectively

→ Owning problems end-to-end, even when the answer is not immediately clear

→ Continuously improving how support is done, not just executing tasks

Who we are looking for

You do not need to check every box, but this gives a good indication:

☑ Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

☑ Structured and able to handle multiple parallel tasks

☑ Not afraid to say “I don’t know”, but driven to find the answer

☑ Curious and eager to learn, especially within tools, AI, and automation

☑ Fluent in English, written and spoken

☑ Preferably proficient in one or more Nordic languages

☑ Able to spot patterns in recurring issues and think beyond quick fixes

☑ Strong attention to user experience and quality

☑ Background from a tech company, or strong interest in technology

Nice to have

Not required, but a plus:

• Experience with customer support tools

• Exposure to technical troubleshooting or product environments

• Interest in automation, AI, or workflow optimisation

Why this role is interesting

This is not a role where you just respond to tickets.

You will work with:

→ Large, professional customers across Europe

→ Real problems in the field, not theoretical cases

→ A small team where your work is visible and matters

→ Direct influence on product improvements and customer experience

Your role will evolve as the company grows. What you build in support today will shape how the company operates tomorrow.
